At Inosins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Damaged Products:
- Products must be damaged during shipping or manufacturing defects
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory to validate the return claim
Unboxing Video Requirement
- Record a complete, uninterrupted video of the package opening from the moment you receive it
- Clearly show the outer packaging, seals, and condition before opening
- Display all contents and any damage immediately upon opening
- Ensure the video clearly demonstrates the damage was not caused by you
- The video must show the product, packaging, and any identifying labels
Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot process damage claims or returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Silk blindfolds (once opened)
- Food items including chocolates (if wrapper is opened or tampered with)
- Scented candles (if used or wicks are burned)
- Any product that has been opened, used, or shows signs of wear
Returnable Items
- Card decks (if sealed packaging is intact and undamaged)
- Unopened, undamaged gift sets in original packaging
- Unused candles in original, sealed packaging
How to Initiate a Return

- Order number
- Photographs of the damaged item and packaging
- Unboxing video (uploaded to Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar with shareable link)
- Description of the damage
- Our customer service team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
Return Shipping
For Damaged Products:
- If your return is approved due to damage, we will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return label
- Return shipping costs will be borne by Inosins
- You must return the product in its original packaging with all accessories
For Customer Convenience Returns:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection (for customizable items), or other non-damage reasons
- All sales are final except for damaged products
Refund Process
- Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Replacement vs. Refund
For damaged products, you may choose:
- Replacement: We will send a replacement product at no additional cost (subject to availability)
- Refund: Full refund of the purchase price
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Before Shipping:
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@inosins.com
- Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
After Shipping:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
- You may refuse delivery, and upon confirmation from our logistics partner, a refund will be processed (minus any shipping charges incurred)
Damaged During Transit
- If your package appears damaged upon delivery, refuse the delivery or note the damage with the delivery personnel
- Contact us immediately with photographs
- Record an unboxing video if you accept the delivery
Lost Packages
- If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 2 days at info@inosins.com
- We will investigate with our shipping partner
- A replacement or refund may be issued based on investigation results
